Scope of Work:
- Complete Civil works including pilling, Electromechanical, Fire Fighting, Architectural, Elevators, Sewerage, Plumbing and landscaping works of 03 blocks (2xA type+1xB type)
- Each consisting of 01 basement & G+16 Storey having total covered area of 585,366 Sft The buildings are R.C.C frame structure with permanent external, façade consisting of aluminum windows & Porcelain tiles.
