QHSE
Quality, health, safety and respect for the environment are inseparable from each other and integral to our business and mindset. We design these core values into our services and processes starting at the design stage and track performance throughout the business.
QHSE is a top management priority. Senior management are responsible for QHSE and set the tone for the entire organization. We have driven it into all facets of our business.
The team at QHSE Integrated is a highly skilled group of individuals with backgrounds in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Auditing, Performance Improvement, Human Interface Design, Computer Programming, Database Design, Database Development, Intranet/Internet Development, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Finance, Auditing and Support.

We focus relentlessly on continuous improvement. We are also transparent, and welcome client review of all our activities.
Our sophisticated technology/machinery and system helps protect the physical environment while also safeguarding employees and others who may be affected by our clients’ activities. For many years HRL’s Board of Directors has ranked achievement of these goals in equal importance with the achievement of our other major business objectives. Quality
We recognize that quality of service is the key to increasing growth in customer base and client satisfaction. To achieve this the group strives to improve performance and exceed customer expectations, in part through the adoption of the internationally recognized standard ISO 9001 which emphasizes process management and a structured approach to continuous improvement.
Health & Safety and the Environment (HSE)
Certified in 2007, our current Group HRL’s HSE policies were and are applied across the Group through locally adapted policies, procedures and management systems. HSE performance is also a key area of focus for our customers. Our improvement initiatives are often implemented in conjunction with customers and many of our principal contracts contain HSE goals as part of performance and reward mechanisms.

- Using regional cross company auditing to spread good practice
- Focusing on leading as well as lagging indicators
- Reviewing incidents more thoroughly and sharing lessons learned to improve performance
Communication
HRL improve communication by:
- Holding HSE Conferences
- Raising the profile of the HSE Forums
- Using the Portal more effectively to exchange HSE information globally
- Using the local/native languages to interact and communicate with the workers.

HRL was certified as ISO 9001, 14001 By AIB-VINCOTTE, Belgium in April 1999 and OHSAS in the following areas:
” A project management company providing engineering, procurement, civil construction, mechanical fabrication/erection and E & I installation services. This also includes plant commissioning, maintenance, operation and turnaround.
