• Complete construction including Steel/RCC Structure, Civil Works, HVAC Works. Nos of Floors 3B+G+21 Storey’s, Total Floor Area= 500,000 S.Ft, Total Land  Area= 500,000 Sq. Ft. Height of Structure = 250 Ft.  Pile Foundation + RCC Frame Total constructed Area = 500,000 Sq. Ft

• Total Concrete=35,000M³. Conventional + Imported F/W with steel Plate + Ply Wood F/W system used for roof / Columns 750 Piles of 760 mm dia, Re-Steel =  3,500 Ton
