Scope of Work.
- Complete design including Landscaping, Rigid Pavements, Piles, Barbeque Lawns, Water Fountains / Water Falls Swimming Pool. Truss Roof & Landscaping.
- Total land area = 1860 Sqm
- Total floor area = 2324 Sqm
- Conventional +Imported F/W with steel Plate + Ply Wood
- Total Re-Steel = 2,000 Ton
- Total Concrete = 15,000 M³
